International Financial firm seeks VIP Client Services Ambassador to liaise between internal department heads and VIP Clients and Members from onboarding through Client life cycle.
Experience working for Card Provider or Digital Wallet Provider in B2B/C role required.
Must be willing to attend Clients in various timezones, outside of office hours.

Ideal candidate has solid knowledge of the Card Issuing and/or Processing industry with good leadership skills. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to other professionals who provide services to clients managed by the incumbent. Involved in developing, modifying and executing policies that affect immediate client operations and may have a minor impact to the organizational unit or division. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires a general knowledge of organizational objectives of the enterprise and/or the client's business. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. Regularly interacts with management or senior management levels within the enterprise and/or client organizations. Typically manages one or more client relationships.
