Overview
Fintech Firm seeks a Full Stack Developer leader to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. Candidate should be well versed in all modern programming languages, including JAVA, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SPRING BOOT, Hibernate, Restful Web Services and native app coding, and should have experience in the Payments Industry.
Full command of the English language required; Spanish helpful, but not required.
This is a work-from-home position but must have primary working hours in line with Eastern US time zone.

Responsibilities include

Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.

Job Brief

The Developer leader will work closely with Project Manager to focus on priorities to be completed on time and within scope. Developer will work in a team function from the comfort of their own home, working with other front and backend developers, app designers and project managers. Developer will be required to be available during the normal business hours EST, but may be required to work outside of those times for testing/deployment purposes. Developer should have specific experience of working within the Payments Industry. Candidate should follow plans very closely and be able to keep project management tools updated daily.
