Overview
Seeking a positive, proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time. The IT project manager will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets. The IT project manager will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements. You will document instructions for end-users and assist with the testing of the final product. You will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project, and close it efficiently. Must have Knowledge of payments industry, credit card schemes and standards.
Responsibilities include
  • Provide project management support for digital payment projects and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Coordinate directly with stakeholders to analyze requirements to implement digital products and services to support the business and formulate implementation solutions.
  • Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape.
  • Report project accomplishments and deliverables to management on daily or weekly basis.
  • Build and enhance positive working relationships with key vendors, processors and internal stakeholders.
  • Build a cohesive workgroup and involve those workgroups in communications and decision-making.
  • Represent system and operational requirements internally and externally.
  • Constantly create good functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, by being able to speak confidently and having a professional demeanor.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
  • Assume appropriate decision-making authorities to ensure flawless execution of project objectives.
  • Be accountable for delivering agreed objectives. Be responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and ensure delivery on commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve team efficiencies and project delivery to clients.
  • This position requires off scheduled work including late evenings / weekends in support of client and company configuration changes and associated post-production validation.
